1982 was also the year that Llanelli Free Evangelical Church started. Since that time we have seen God work in the lives of many Llanelli people as they discover the good news about Jesus Christ. News that is so good, it has transformed their lives.

The history of the church is recorded in two documents, one by the first pastor of the church, the late Rev Dennis Jenkins, recording how the church came into existence and why it is in the current building on Queen Victoria Road. The second records how the 'old' synagogue was renovated and extended.
