Booking System

Welcome to our booking page, we are delighted that you are interested in coming along to one of our services.

Due to the size of our building it is necessary to limit the number of people attending services so we can comply with Welsh Government guidelines on social distancing. For this reason we have set up a booking system. Anyone is welcome to come to our services, but if you wish to do so you may need to book in advance for some of our services. This is done by following the instructions below:

  1. The booking window for Sunday morning services is open from 9.00am Monday - 9.00pm Thursday.

For our Carols by Candlelight services the booking window is open now and closes at 9.00pm on 20th December.

  2. Between these times, to reserve a place please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

  3. The email should contain the following information:
  • your name,
  • your address
  • your phone number
  • the number of people in your party

This number should include all people you are booking for, including children.

Please make sure that all people in your party are eligible to sit together under current government guidelines - seats will be allocated and spaced out to allow for family members or those in the same household to sit together but distanced from other attendees. Anyone who is not part of the same household 'bubble' MUST make a separate booking.

Please also indicate if any of your party has mobility issues as some of the available seating is upstairs.

  1. Following the closing of the booking window, applications will be reviewed and emails sent out confirming places.

  2. Every applicant will receive an email indicating the outcome of their application. Those with a place booked will be sent seat number(s) along with details of the arrangements under which the service will operate. These arrangements are based on the latest advice from the Welsh and UK governments, and attendance at the service automatically indicates your acceptance of these arrangements.

  3. While we will make every effort to accommodate all requests to attend, the limited size of our building may make this impossible. If we are unable to offer you a place at a service you will be notified of this by email.

  4. For our Sunday services, applications to attend will not be carried over, so while you will be required to apply again for the following week's service, anyone who has been unsuccessful will be treated as a priority for the following week.

  5. If you have not received an email by 6pm on the Saturday preceding the Sunday service, please do not come to the church - we will only be able to admit those who have been allocated a place. Please be sure to check your junk folder for missing emails.
